However, OSHUN maintains the rights over such collected data which can be used/ shared, in its entirety, with any third party Banks, Non Banking Financial Institutions and other Financial Institutions and Government authorities as and when required. OSHUN owns the exclusive rights over the entire Data and can share it with anyone OSHUN needs/wants in an aggregate anonymized fashion.
